What PRIMA is

PRIMA hosts recorded DJ sets with timestamped tracklists. Listeners join an artist's listening club and their monthly membership is divided by the minutes they actually listened, then split across the tracks that were playing.

Uploading a set

You may only upload a recording you performed or otherwise have the right to distribute. By uploading you confirm you hold those rights and you grant PRIMA a licence to stream the recording to members of your listening club.

Attribution and payouts

Minutes are attributed to the identified track playing at that moment. Minutes on unidentified tracks are held until an ID is accepted. Payout figures shown in the dashboard are calculated from recorded listening and are estimates until a payout run is executed.

Memberships

A membership renews monthly and can be canceled at any time from your library. Card payments are not yet connected, so memberships created today are recorded without a charge.

Takedowns

If a recording uses your work without permission, email takedown@prima.music with the set link, the work concerned and proof of rights. Verified requests are removed and the corresponding minutes are excluded from payouts.
